The steakhouse holds a special place in our hearts.<br />
Charles Knight met his stepfather, a true cowboy, in a<br />
steakhouse. He later worked as a cook and bartender<br />
in that same steakhouse. That steakhouse in Colorado<br />
became the destination for all the Knight celebrations,<br />
and the place where special family memories were<br />
made.<br />
We hope to do the same for those who come to<br />
our restaurant. We want to provide our patrons a<br />
memorable dining experience and keep them coming<br />
back for more experiences to share with family and<br />
friends.<br />
Our vision is to be one of the top steakhouses in<br />
Northern California and become a long-standing<br />
community presence.<br />
Open for lunch and dinner, Ecstatic Hour Monday<br />
through Friday 3-5pm...and don't forget: we're serving<br />
all of your Ruffhaus Hot Dog Co. favorites daily for<br />
lunch.<br />
We also offer catering through C. Knight’s Steakhouse<br />
and the Ruffhaus DOGVDUB for any special event. The<br />
DOGVDUB, a vintage Volkswagen Bus converted to a<br />
Mobile hot dog truck, is the perfect way to enhance any<br />
event and will surely impress your guests.<br />
