d. The mobile app(s) will resemble and work like Capital One’s mobile app(s) for Capital One 360 personal<br />
accounts. Once one transitions to <strong>KJ</strong><strong>Bank</strong>.one, one’s Gift Card Balance will also transition to their debit<br />
account<br />
e. Capital One will be given the first opportunity to manage some of <strong>KJ</strong> <strong>Bank</strong>ing services if terms can be<br />

a. <strong>KJ</strong> = <strong>KJ</strong>$ until systems are changed<br />
b. The online banking at <strong>KJ</strong><strong>Bank</strong>.one will resemble and work like Capital One’s online banking for Capital One<br />
360 personal savings and checking accounts with debit cards<br />
c. Online banking at <strong>KJ</strong><strong>Bank</strong>.one will be a full-service bank including commercial lending and community<br />
support<br />
d. The mobile app(s) will resemble and work like Capital One’s mobile app(s) for Capital One 360 personal<br />
accounts. Once one transitions to <strong>KJ</strong><strong>Bank</strong>.com, one’s Gift Card Balance(s) will also transition to their<br />
personal debit account at <strong>KJ</strong><strong>Bank</strong>.com<br />
