David and Kathy. David is an enthusiastic educator, and made each course an<br />
entertaining introduction to c<strong>of</strong>fee - its history, trivia, varieties, sourcing,<br />
processing, roasting, pairings, etc. It was a truly enjoyable way to spend a morning<br />
with friends and sample great c<strong>of</strong>fees, with delicious food to complement them.<br />
Regardless <strong>of</strong> one's preference for c<strong>of</strong>fee, it is a terrific way to improve<br />
