Department staff have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of the art market through decades of combined experience in the art auction and commercial gallery sectors. The Department maintains a shared focus on transparency, honesty and is dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience for both buyers and vendors. We host two dedicated live Australian & International Art auctions a year, in April and October, supported by seasonal online art auctions. Gibson’s also maintains strong relationships with galleries and institutions and may be able to facilitate Private Sales. Our specialists are always available for complimentary and confidential valuations of single works or entire collections, so please reach out one of our department members below.
