Englisch B2 – International Legal English (ILEC)
B2 – Upper- Intermediate to C1 Advanced Level
International legal English is an upper-intermediate to advanced-level course
for learners who need to use English in the legal profession.The focus is on
commercial law with particular emphasis on company law and contracts. The
aims of the course are to:
Practise writing common legal text types ( letters, memoranda)
Improve ability to read and understand legal texts ( correspondence, commercial
legislature)
Increase comprehension of spoken English with regard to legal topics
Strengthen speaking skills (client interviews, discussions with colleagues, contract
negotiations).
The course is preparation for ILEC, a Cambridge Examination Board examination
and is a suitable qualification for those seeking employment in an international
commercial law context, or those intending to study law where the course includes
a significant English language content.

Englisch B2 – Business English Certificate (BEC-Vantage)
Improve your on- the- job skills and increase your fluency in this practical examination
course, and if you need a qualification, you can take the exam ( BEC-
Vantage), the second of the Cambridge suite of business English examinations.
Vantage focuses on using English in business-related matters and tests skills in
reading, writing, listening and speaking. These skills will be developed in the
course enabling you to write effectively (memos, emails, letters and reports); to
read and understand texts of business content; to follow talks and presentations;
to give short presentations, to discuss matters of business and to make small talk.
If you decide to take the exam, you will be equipped with a qualification which

Toefl iBT is an internet based test of reading, listening, speaking and writing in
which students must demonstrate language and academic skills.
In this course you will get to know the four parts of the exam. You will practise
the language ad academic skills covered in the test, and last but not least you will
acquire test-taking strategies. Toefl is required by American and other Englishlanguage
universities as proof of language and academic skills.
