A DECADE AGO…
In 2013, the Rhinos opened their
season with victory over Hull FC
at Headingley. A resounding 36-6
winning performance saw the
reigning Super League champions
run in six tries from six different
players in front of a packed home
crowd – Danny McGuire, Chris
Clarkson, Ryan Hall, Jamie Peacock,
Kevin Sinfield and debutant Joel
Moon getting over the try line.
BIGGEST HULL FC SL WIN AT HEADINGLEY
Hull’s biggest win came in the early
stages of the 2022 Super League
season when a Jake Connor-inspired
display saw the black and whites
record a 31-8 win over the Rhinos.
The Hull full back scored two tries
and kicked a drop goal to lead
the scoring for the visitors, whilst
Tom Briscoe and Liam Sutcliffe
responded for the home side.
largely an arm wrestle, with the
sides go in front, including when
David Fusitu’a touched down for the
home side with ten minutes to go.
