ACTION PACKED WEEKEND FOR RHINOS TEAMS<br />
Another big weekend sees <strong>Rhinos</strong> sides in<br />
action across the next two days.<br />
RHINOS NETBALL V<br />
SARACENS MAVERICKS<br />
<strong>Leeds</strong> <strong>Rhinos</strong> Netball return<br />
to the first direct Arena in<br />
<strong>Leeds</strong> on 16th April to play<br />
Saracens Mavericks in the<br />
Netball Super League.<br />
The Netball will begin at 4pm<br />
and there will be plenty of fun<br />
for all the family around the<br />
arena before the game. There<br />
will be a DJ set from Mystikle<br />
Blue, who was a huge hit at<br />
last year’s Commonwealth<br />
Games. On the concourse<br />
there will be a Netball Pong<br />
game, a chance to meet<br />
the players, face painters,<br />
balloon modellers, buskers<br />
and at half time there will<br />
be a shooting competition,<br />
sponsored by Green Flag.<br />
Players and staff from<br />
across the <strong>Rhinos</strong> family will<br />
be attending the fixture,<br />
including head coach Rohan<br />
Smith, players from every<br />
team including Mikolaj<br />
Oledzki, Ash Handley, Blake<br />
Austin, Amy Hardcastle<br />
and Keara Bennett.<br />
Tickets are priced at £19.95<br />
for adults and £14.95 for<br />
juniors and can<br />
be purchased<br />
by scanning<br />
the QR code.<br />

SUPER LEAGUE<br />
The Wheelchair Super<br />
League returns this weekend<br />
when <strong>Rhinos</strong> take on London<br />
Roosters as part of a historic<br />
triple header at Birmingham<br />
University, kick off 12pm.<br />
Wins over Wigan and<br />
Warrington in their opening<br />
matches has seen James<br />
Simpson’s side go straight<br />
to the top of the league<br />
rankings, but Saturday’s<br />
opponents London, who<br />
are coached by World<br />
Cup winning coach Tom<br />
Coyd, recorded a convincing<br />
64-42 result last time out<br />
against <strong>Hull</strong> <strong>FC</strong>. Watch<br />
all three games live on The<br />
Sportsman from 12pm.<br />
PDRL FESTIVAL<br />
Saturday also sees the<br />
reigning PDRL Grand<br />
Final champions <strong>Leeds</strong><br />
<strong>Rhinos</strong> host its first<br />
home festival of 2023.<br />
Held at Kippax Welfare<br />
Sports and Social Club,<br />
the PDRL side will take<br />
on Warrington Wolves<br />
(KO 2.20pm) and <strong>Hull</strong><br />
KR (KO 4.20pm) as part<br />
of a special festival that<br />
cannot be missed.<br />
