Glazed Lava
Our washbasins in glazed lava are produced by craftsmen out of blocks
of raw lava extracted from the Mounts of Java.
This grey lava of excellent quality shows a homogeneous look, and is
strengthened by several layers of enamel baked twice at 1000°C/1832°F
for a total of 8 hours, giving the pieces unequalled physical resistance.
The properties of glazed lava are unrivaled, it is irreplaceable:
- Resists high temperatures up to 300°C / 527°F.
- Sanitary and bacteria free
- Does not scratch. Resistant to acids or bleach.
- Absolutely frost proof.
- Colors do not fade under sunlight.
- Easy maintenance, washable with a quick wipe and soap.
