C O N T E N T S A NOTE from the editor 15 DELICIOUS RECIPES FOR THE BBQ I had my first English strawberry this week, and my word, it was beyond delicious - perfectly sweet, it was a very good advert for eating seasonally. I’ve tried to echo this in all my recent fruit and vegetable purchases, and it’s had a transformative effect on my cooking - everything just tastes better - more vibrant, needing less seasoning and just overall very tasty. 04 COMPETITIONS I’m making the most of cooking whilst I still have a kitchen - mine is due to be ripped out in two weeks and it will be camping stove and air frying for two months from there! I’ve already picked my kitchen, but it got me thinking about all the other areas that need updating in my home.
