Certifications
Residents of VIVAREA, congratulations are in
order because through our extensive efforts we
have been able to achieve ISO certification.
This is a significant accomplishment that
demonstrates our commitment to quality and
excellence in all aspects of building operations.
Moreover, our condominium have also been
awarded a Certificate of Recycling for being a
Plastic Neutral residential complex and
reducing 293.856 tons of CO2 by diverting
234.21 cubic yards of landfills. Each one of us
surely deserves a pat on the back.
