It not onlyhelped to increase awarenessabout the importance of blooddonation but also provided anopportunity for everyone to cometogether and support a goodcause. Overall, the blood donationcamp organized by H.N RelianceFoundation Hospital was a greatexample of how a small initiativecan make a big impact.Shoes DonationDriveGoonj, a non-profitorganization that works towardshumanitarian causes, organizedthe camp in collaboration withVIVAREA to collect anddistribute shoe soles to those inneed. The camp was a greatopportunity for residents to giveback to the community andsupport a noble cause. It washeartening to see the enthusiasmand generosity of the residents,who came forward to donatetheir old shoes for a good cause.Health TalkSeminarA special seminar led by Dr.Ashish Contractor form H.NReliance Foundation Hospitalwas held on 9th April at theMPR, clubhouse. Heemphasized that regularexercise can help reduce therisk of hear-related diseases,stroke and other chronicdiseases. However, he alsohighlighted the potential risksassociated with high-intensitysports, particularly for thosewith underlying heartconditions.
