NOTICE OF UNREBUTTED AFFIDAVIT
For The Record
The undersigned Affiant, Kristoffer Amund Kjornes the living man, Authorized
Representative for KRISTOFFER AMUND KJORNES the foreign situs trust
(strawman), hereinafter, “Affiant”, does solemnly swear, declare under penalty of perjury
and state as follows:
1. Affiant is competent to state the matters set forth herein.
2. Affiant’s status is that of a State National under common law in the state of texas
for the republic of texas.
3. All the facts herein are true, correct and complete, admissible as evidence, and if
called upon as a witness, Affiant will testify to their veracity.
RECITALS
1. The Affiant, on the date of Monday April 10 th , 2023 at 4:10 pm, sent all eight (8)
documents entitled “AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH, ASSERTORY OATH, SUPERIOR
PARAMOUNT CLAIM, ENTITLED REMEDIES AND REPUDIATION AND
REVOCATION OF U.S. CITIZENSHIP” (the “Affidavit”) through United States Post
Office with the intent to declare State National Status as a lawful and protected status.
2. This Notice is to document that no counter affidavit, denouncement or ad quod non fuit
responsum 1 , of the document was received within the thirty (30) days allowed by law, in
response to the Affiant, to rebut the claims made within the Affidavit and stands as truth
upon the record herein sworn.
3. Integrated into this Notice is a “Certificate of Proof of Service” for the date and parties
serviced along with attached Registered Mail Receipts as Inclusion of documents.
4. The Affiant waited the necessary legal thirty (30) from time of receipt allowing for
ample time for response to the correspondence as evidenced by the notary and date on this
document.
