Rugby. Located within Rugby’s growing neighbourhood of<br />
Houlton, just four miles outside of Rugby Town Centre, the Club will<br />
provide an unrivalled health & wellness experience for the entire<br />

Opening its doors this summer, General Manager Jack Phillips<br />

DL Kids Club - A dedicated space is available for the youngest<br />
members with a programme of activities that is synchronised with<br />
the adult exercise class times to give you time to drop off <strong>and</strong><br />
make your own class. There will be indoor <strong>and</strong> outdoor play<br />
areas, family changing facilities <strong>and</strong> a team of expert coaching<br />
staff on h<strong>and</strong> for private tennis <strong>and</strong> swimming lessons.<br />
Family fun together - There is plenty for the family to do together<br />
too to maximise all important ‘us time’. Perhaps you can splash<br />
about together in the indoor or outdoor heated pool? Or<br />

high-octane High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes,<br />
