In our range of ice cream and gelato<br />
products, we cover all options, from bases,<br />
to toppings, decorations and inclusions.<br />
What are bases?<br />
• All our bases are perfectly balanced “complete”<br />
bases, which means there is no need to add any<br />
sugars, emulsifiers or stabilisers. It also means<br />
that you do not need to pasteurise or age the mix<br />
(unless you are using unpasteurised milk). This<br />
makes the whole process of making gelato much<br />
quicker and easier.<br />
Our flavourings range:<br />
Flavour paste compounds<br />
• Flavour pastes are liquid flavourings, offering superb<br />
quality, natural flavour and are perfect for adding to<br />
ice cream, gelato or chocolate applications.<br />
Flavouring masses<br />
• These masses include caramel and Dulce de Leche<br />
fillings that can be added directly into ice cream for<br />
flavouring and fantastic visual results.<br />
Ambient fruit purées<br />
Nut pastes<br />
• Perfect for an authentic nut flavoured gelato, these<br />
100% nut pastes can be added directly into your ice<br />
cream or gelato mix.<br />
