COMPOSITION OF CELLGENETIX

Microalgae extract Hematococcus – Astaxanthin - Haematococcus is an alga rich in the special carotenoid

astaxanthin, the molecule of which has two additional oxygen atoms on each of the rings, so only astaxanthin has the

ability to stabilize certain structures in telomeres, on which the ability of cells to renew depends.

Clinical trials showed that astaxanthin (AstraREAL®) has effective antioxidant properties, reduces age spots and

wrinkles, and relieves eye fatigue. Since inflammation is one of the causal factors for shortened telomeres,

astaxanthin have a great value in protecting us against ageing.

AstaREAL® astaxanthin can modify muscle metabolism by its antioxidant property,

resulting in enhanced endurance during physical exertion and weight loss benefits.

In a publication of British Journal of Nutrition, researchers led by scientist Kiyotaka

Nakagawa from Japan reported that 12-week use of astaxanthin supplement

decreased phospholipid hydroperoxides (PLOOH) levels and increased astaxanthin

in erythrocytes which may contribute to the prevention of dementia, since PLOOH

accumulate abnormally in the erythrocytes of dementia patients.

Aims of the clinical trial: Evaluation of the effectiveness

and safety of the dietary supplement CellGenetiX.

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40 to 65 years of both sexes.

Dosage and method of administration: One capsule twice a day, with meals.

Duration of Trial: 90 days.
