Research suggests falling
behind on rent is less likely
when a direct debit is set up.
This helps customers stay in
their homes by keeping to
their tenancy. We’re pleased
to have helped 9.5% more
customers set one up
last year.
We continue to work with
Citizens Advice Service to
provide money advice to our
customers.
Rent is our biggest source of income,
and we always reinvest our profits into
improving our existing properties and
building more homes. It costs us to
recover rent arrears from customers, so
thank you to 64% customers who paid on
time!
