PLASMID DNA PURIFICATION<br />
<strong>NZYTech</strong> provides kits for the rapid preparation of highly pure plasmid DNA from recombinant Escherichia coli strains at<br />
different scales (NZYMiniprep, NZYMidiprep and NZYMaxiprep). The resulting purified plasmid DNA is suitable for use in the<br />
most demanding molecular biology applications. Buffers for plasmid purification kits, columns and RNase A are also sold separately<br />
for your convenience. Our portfolio also includes kits designed for manual or automated large-scale purification of DNA<br />
plasmids from E. coli in 96-well format (NZYMiniprep 96-well plate), or for the fast purification of multiples DNA molecules<br />
simultaneously (NZYDNA Clean-up 96-well plate).<br />
