Not only do you get the chance to buy locally grown produce and freshly made goods, you also meet the people behind the products. Now that’s the ultimate shop local trip. We are lucky to have multiple market locations throughout Martin County, giving both residents and visitors ample opportunities to support local growers. Pick up seasonal items like flowers, apples, sweet corn, lettuce, potatoes and squash, as well as soaps, baked goods and other hand-crafted items. The Fairmont Farmers’ Market is held seasonally in the parking lot of the Five Lakes Centre Mall. Credit cards and Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) are accepted.
