<strong>Bulletin</strong> <strong>Awards</strong> <strong>2023</strong><br />
stood as a testament to<br />
the unwavering spirit of the<br />
Indian glass sector. Held in<br />
conjunction with glasspro<br />
INDIA <strong>2023</strong>, this grand event,<br />
hosted at the prestigious<br />
Bombay Exhibition Centre in<br />
Goregaon (East), Mumbai on<br />
14th September <strong>2023</strong>, marked<br />
an unparalleled triumph.<br />
We took a moment<br />
during the 5th <strong>Glass</strong> <strong>Bulletin</strong><br />
<strong>Awards</strong> <strong>2023</strong> to pay homage<br />
and extend our heartfelt<br />
appreciation to the esteemed<br />
senior members of the glass<br />
fraternity. Their tireless efforts<br />
and unwavering dedication<br />
have been instrumental in<br />
guiding and shaping the<br />
Indian glass industry.<br />

Lifetime Achievement<br />
Award winner Sharanjit Singh<br />
shared his thoughts, “I think I<br />
have done my part ... working<br />
for the betterment of the<br />
industry. More than working<br />
for the betterment of my own<br />
industry, the community as a<br />
whole. Our glass processors<br />
community and I have been<br />
working very hard for that.<br />
And I’m happy that I was able<br />
to do something. And still<br />
there is a lot to be done. But<br />
we are on that way.”<br />
“I am motivating many<br />
youngsters to take over the<br />
mantle. Let them work for<br />
the community as a whole<br />
rather than just about their<br />
industry… I think a lot of<br />
people do a lot of hard work<br />
in their own respective fields,<br />
and recognition is one thing<br />
that inspires. So I think it’s a<br />
very good initiative by Lakhan<br />
Singh that he has brought the<br />
traders, the processors, and<br />
the glass people together...<br />
Keep doing the good work.<br />
We’re all with you,” Mr Singh<br />
added.<br />
We also heard from Jury<br />
Choice Award winner Amita<br />
Sachdeva, who expressed<br />
her gratitude, “I’m really<br />
overwhelmed. I am going to<br />
be more motivated now... you<br />
see, an award takes you to<br />
another platform. You know,<br />
when your achievement is<br />
recognized, you get even<br />
more inspired. I am very<br />
grateful to <strong>Glass</strong> <strong>Bulletin</strong> and<br />
they’re making a great effort<br />
to bring the glass industry<br />
together and give us this<br />
recognition.”<br />
“This recognition means<br />
the world to us. I would like<br />
to give the message that GB<br />
should continue doing the<br />
very good and honest service<br />
that they are doing. It is a<br />

including a Lavni folk dance<br />
number, which added an<br />
artistic touch to the occasion.<br />
