Winter Ready Homes<br />
This year we have launched our<br />
Winter Ready Homes scheme.<br />
You could be eligible for free<br />
energy efficiency improvements,<br />
designed to help keep your home<br />
warmer and which could reduce<br />
your energy bills. These include<br />
LED lighting, radiator foils and<br />
draught-pro<strong>of</strong>ing.<br />

Crisis Prevention Fund<br />
for <strong>2023</strong>/24<br />
You may be able to claim up to £900<br />
from H&F’s Crisis Prevention Fund for<br />
basics like food, gas and electricity.<br />
The Fund is for one-<strong>of</strong>f awards to<br />
help households that are in crisis<br />
meet day-to-day essential living<br />
costs and is designed to provide<br />
immediate financial support.<br />
