a fine artist, art teacher, arts management,

Computer Aided
Design (CAD)
Computer-aided design (CAD) is an essential
skill for drafting and design professionals. Our
CAD program provides you with the design and
drafting skills you’ll need as a civil, architectural
or mechanical drafter.
CAD offers the following AAS and Certificates:
• AAS in Computer-Aided Drafting
• 3D Printing and 3D Scanning Certificate
• Revit Certificate
• Sketchup Certificate
• SOLIDWORKS Certificate
• Basic Computer-Aided Drafting

technology with hands-on experience.
You’ll learn software programs that you
can apply day one on the job in this field.
You’ll have access to internships so you
can get real experience you can put on
a resume. We also offer service-learning
opportunities, where our students work
with community partners to develop
meaningful design solutions.

Recording Arts
Technology (MUS)
Recording, performing, producing, composing
and collaborating. All of this is bubbling in the
Music Program at FRCC. When you walk by the
music rooms, listen and look for our students
mastering their craft on an instrument or refining
their music through recording software. What you
see and hear is just the surface.

FRCC’s degree prepares you to be an architectural
drafter. Architectural drafters work on construction
sites and in offices, developing graphics for residences,
commercial buildings or industrial structures.
