Outside we move away from the<br />
original farm buildings and out to the<br />
various outbuildings which include three<br />
eco-tree houses, two shepherds huts and<br />
a hay barn. All of which are huddled next<br />
to a couple of extra acres reserved for the<br />
grazing of rare-breed sheep and alpacas,<br />
or as Ian calls them ‘posh pets’. Beyond<br />
these wildflower meadows help support<br />
the local environment, a subject close<br />
to Ian and Penny’s hearts. He tells me,<br />
