FAMAGUSTA,CYPRUS This project located in Cyprus,Famagusta,Kaleici.
There is an Commercial port next to it.Kaleici, is a castle
that was founded in 1496 by Venetians and has come to
this day as a historical monument. As for now, this area
is protected and a tourist attraction.
The design consists of a modular settlement with
reinforced concrete “ Mega-structure” platforms at different
heights rising from the sea, without filling the sea. It
follows an accessible path with wide ramps to different
heights. I aimed to create a contrast to the dominance of
reinforced concrete by creating spaces with steel construction
and glass. In addition to the port facilities of
the project, there is a lot of spaces that can be used as
Leisure facilites.
Although Famagusta is an coastal city, there is limited
access to the sea, so thanks to this project we created
oppurtunities to create seafront developements on the
surrounding seafront areas.

The Building is located in Famagusta,Dumlupınar. It is
an Childrens Science Museum.
The design is important for children, so I have crated
unusual volumes that attracts people. These unusual
volumes require long spans. With the help of steel structures
I acquire these long spans.
3D Trusses, H-Profile Steel columns and slanted steel
columns crates the structure of the building.

İSTANBUL,GAZİOSMANPAŞA
This project is located in İstanbul, Gaziosmanpaşa
and it is for the low-income people who lives in slums.
The project includes; Variety of housing typologies,
Workshops, Working spaces, Social spaces and commercial
spaces.
The building consist of prefabricated reinforced
concrete and the inner courtyard works as street that
complementing the workshops.
The project aims to create oppurtunities to low-income
citizens in terms of ; Accomodation, Socialize and
Work.

ALKAN EREN HOUSING PROJECT

This project located in Ordu,Turkey. What is unique in
this project is that the main mass of the building is cambered
so we created an oppurtunity for increased area in
order for us to use for the residential areas.
I took part of the 3D vizualizaton of the project and
used Revit and Twinmotion as my vizualization tools.

TURNASUYU WEDDING SALOON

This project located in Ordu,Turkey. What is unique
in this project is that the whole composition is made
with the same concept as my graduation project which is
using reinforced concrete to create hexagonal platforms
and creating somewhat modular arrangements to achive
wholistic approach.
I took part of the 3D vizualizaton of the project and
used Revit and blender as my vizualization tools.

KIRAZLIMANI HOUSING PROJECT
2023
Ordu,Turkey
This project located in Ordu,Turkey. What is unique
in this project is that the site had a massive slope so that
we decided to create 2 separeted buildings and located
them in continuation of each other in terms of height
level.
Lower Building’s one facade is facing the soil so we
decided to create a inner courtyard to use the natural
lighting and create even more useable spaces for residential
areas.
We wanted Upper Building to be in complemantary
with the slope so we decided to rise the building in layers
to create a slanted atmosphere. The roof of the building
works as an usable terrace for the complemantary
residential area.
I took part of the 3D vizualizaton and designing floor
plans of the project. I used Revit and Twinmotion as my
visualisation tools.
