concluded the Reality of Digitalization Program. This
was a CILT CPD program designed for Business
leaders and Management and Strategy Professionals.

This program was moderated by Reshma Yousuf,
CMILT - Operations Lead for WCBC at Global WiLAT
Dr Catherine LOU, FCILT - Head of WCBC, Global
WiLAT coordinated the program along with
Global WiLAT Chairperson Vicky Koo, FCILT and
WCBC Awareness Lead, Amra Zareer, CMILT.
The program “Reality of Digitalization” was aimed at
enabling supply chain, logistics and transport professionals
to lead technology projects and drive organizational
changes to embrace the power of digitalization.
In this program Business cases were referenced, and
participants got the opportunity to interact with the speakers
and get firsthand advices and answers to their questions.
This five-week CPD program was designed to provide the
essential knowledge for business leaders, strategy and
senior professionals who have to manage or engage in
digitalization projects at work.
