is fast approaching! This year the day falls
on a Wednesday, and brands have already
started preparing and stocking shelves
with classic red and pink products to
celebrate this special occasion.
Shoppers everywhere will be
persuaded to buy love-themed
products and fashions that will be
worn perhaps just once for a special
Valentine's Day date or to stay at
home and watch a favourite rom-com.
Staying in is the new to going out;
we all know that. Whether planning
a date with Deliveroo or preparing
a movie night with friends at home,
staying in this year is OK and the
new normal.
Traditionally, Valentine's Day
has meant nights out with friends
or a partner; however, ever since the
pandemic, people have become more
comfortable staying at home and still
having a great time.
Whether you're going out or
staying at home, here are a few

that are predicted to be best sellers
this February.
RED AND PINK
Firstly, red and pink which
have traditionally been the classic
Valentine's Day colour scheme for
most wardrobes worldwide.
These colours originated from the
roses given out for centuries as a sign
of love. They have been associated
with Valentine's Day since the
Victorian era when the language of
giving flowers first became popular
in Britain.

used these romantic colours within
marketing and collections to draw

This year 'millennial pink' may
