STAY in Schools<br />
Throughout December we continued our regular<br />
schools' work through mentoring, assemblies,<br />
prayer meetings and various visits and carol<br />
services. We are hoping to grow<br />
the schools work with Corinne<br />
(right) joining the team and<br />
increasing our capacity to provide<br />
opportunities for people to<br />
connect with each other,<br />
with their school communities<br />
and with the Christian faith.<br />
Assemblies in December<br />
covered topics such as<br />
friendship linking to the<br />
theme of connecting,<br />
and Mary linking to<br />
the theme of women<br />
in the Bible.<br />
Reading Youth Workers<br />
Youth workers (above) across Reading meet every week to share<br />
ideas, support one another and pray. In December we went for a<br />
slap up breakfast to celebrate the year and as always there was a lot<br />
of love for each other as we looked forward to working hard over<br />
Christmas pointing young people to Jesus.<br />
