You can choose from variousactivities and tailor your routine basedon your preferences and schedule.Pick‘n’Mix includes activities youcan select based on your fitness leveland interests. Whether it’s a quickworkout at home, meditating, awalk during lunch break or a yogasession in the evening – you canchoose what works best for you. It’sperfect if you’re feeling tired of yourcurrent fitness routine and want totry something new, and is a great wayto shake things up for a few weeksand return more potent than ever.Reducing stress is an essential partof the method – you can choose fromrelaxation techniques like meditationand deep breathing exercises. Afocus on self-care is another reasonthis method is so successful. Eatingwell, staying hydrated, and makingtime for rest and creativity can allbe easily incorporated into yourroutine with some planning.Pick‘n’Mix 1Choose one.
