Please Note: Martin & Vicki have sold their farm. Martin loved his machine<br />

shop & his wood. A great auction, something for everyone! Everything sells<br />

unreserved!<br />

Terms: A 10% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $1,000 (Buyer’s<br />

Premium & Internet Fees) per item. Payments will be received by <strong>ca</strong>sh,<br />

cheque, debit, credit, certified cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire<br />

Transfer (a three percent charge will apply to all credit <strong>ca</strong>rd payments<br />

$2000 and above). Onsite collection for 1 day only (March 6th).Payments<br />

are due by 3:30pm on March 7th. Invoices will be emailed out after the<br />

auction closes! If needed, financing MUST be prearranged prior to bidding.<br />

Items to be removed by Saturday March 9th, with paid invoices only.<br />

Owners and Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents during viewings<br />

or loading. Auctioneers & Owners are not responsible for items not picked<br />
