Please Note: The Lu<strong>ca</strong>n Brothers are retiring. It’s a pleasure to sell such<br />

high-quality equipment. It will be hard to dupli<strong>ca</strong>te this lineup. Most JD<br />

equipment purchased new from Podolinsky’s & maintained by them.<br />

Everything sells to the highest bidder. Joe, Jim & Rick take pride in<br />

everything they own. A great line up.<br />

Terms: A 5% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $2,000 (Buyer’s<br />

Premium & Internet Fees) per item. Payments will be received by <strong>ca</strong>sh,<br />

cheque, debit, credit, certified cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire<br />

Transfer (a three percent charge will apply to all credit <strong>ca</strong>rd payments $2000<br />

and above). Onsite collection for 2 days. Payments are due by 3:30pm on<br />

April 11th. Invoices will be emailed out after the auction closes! If needed,<br />

financing MUST be prearranged prior to bidding. Items to be removed by<br />

Saturday April 13th, with paid invoices only. Owners and Auctioneers are not<br />

responsible for accidents during viewings or loading. Owners & Auctioneers<br />

are not responsible for items not picked up after final loading day.<br />
