International Students and ESL<br />
Through a partnership with Rennert International, <strong>Berkeley</strong><br />
<strong>College</strong> offers international and domestic students the opportunity<br />
to improve their English skills in preparation for collegiate-level<br />
academics. Located at the New York City campus, Rennert<br />
International can help students gain full or conditional acceptance<br />
to <strong>Berkeley</strong> and help prepare them for life in the United States.<br />
Military<br />
<strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> has a longstanding commitment to the welfare and<br />
success of military students, veterans, and their families. <strong>Berkeley</strong><br />
<strong>College</strong> supports the Post-9/11 GI Bill ® , and provides Yellow<br />
Ribbon Scholarships to all eligible recipients. <strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> has<br />
partnered with the Department of Defense for all Military Tuition<br />
Assistance (TA) programs. The Military TA rate is extended to<br />
Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves, and their spouses for all<br />
degree programs including the MBA. We operate Veterans Resource<br />
Centers at four campuses and online.<br />
<strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> also adheres to the terms of Executive Order<br />
13607, The Principles of Excellence, and supports the United States<br />
Department of Education’s 8 Keys to Veterans’ Success.<br />
Student Services<br />
<strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> students have access to a wide range of careeroriented<br />
academic programs, computer training, Library Services,<br />
Centers for Academic Success, Academic Advisement, Career<br />
Services, and a Student Development and Campus Life Department,<br />
which includes, but is not limited to, accessibility services for<br />
students with disabilities and health, counseling and wellness<br />

<strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> provides full-time students opportunities to<br />
compete in intercollegiate athletics and is a member of the United<br />
States Collegiate <strong>At</strong>hletic Association (USCAA) and the Hudson<br />
Valley Intercollegiate <strong>At</strong>hletic Conference (HVIAC).<br />

Career Services<br />
Many <strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> students benefit from faculty-monitored<br />
internships, practicums, or job-related assignments prior to<br />
graduation. The Career Services Department assists students<br />
in securing full-time or part-time employment and volunteer<br />
opportunities. Career counselors are available in each major to help<br />
students with resume writing and interview coaching, preparation,<br />
scheduling, and digital identity. <strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> hosts career fairs<br />
and campus recruitment days throughout the year. <strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong><br />
graduates receive free career assistance.*<br />

Accreditations and Approvals<br />
<strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> is accredited by the Middle States Commission on<br />
Higher Education, 1007 North Orange Street, 4th Floor, MB #166,<br />

reaffirmed in June 2018. The Middle States Commission on Higher<br />
Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the<br />
U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education<br />
Accreditation.<br />
<strong>Berkeley</strong> <strong>College</strong> is authorized by the Secretary of Higher Education of<br />
the State of New Jersey to offer programs in New Jersey leading to the<br />
degrees of Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science<br />
in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Science<br />
in Nursing (BSN), Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Business<br />
Administration (BBA), Associate in Science (AS), and Associate in<br />
Applied Science (AAS), as well as certificates in Medical Assistant,<br />
