Responsibilities: Prepare for instructional learning. Present training and development<br />

process. Research new international and national trends in corrections.<br />

Evaluate training and give feedback. Training-related administration. Evaluation of<br />

employees. Assist with spending of training funds.<br />

Requirements: Grade 12 and/or secretarial diploma/certificate and relevant experience<br />

as a secretary will be an added advantage. Communication and interpersonal<br />

skills, neatness, interpersonal relations ,Confidentiality, typing skills, Telephone<br />

etiquette, accuracy, with excellent understanding of windows, MS Word, Excel,<br />

Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to<br />

work overtime. Computer literacy.<br />

Responsibilities: Answer and screen telephone calls. Type/compile memorandums<br />

and presentations. Execute office and general administrative duties. Manage<br />

electronic document tracking system. Maintain diary and manage appointments.<br />

Acknowledge receipt of documents. Record and issue minutes. Arrange<br />

meetings/conferences/workshops with relevant stakeholders upon request. Make<br />

all transport arrangements for conferences, courses, meetings and hearings away<br />

from the office. Ensure submission of travel claims for the CDC/Director.<br />
