Are you looking to take your non-profit executive management
skills to the next level?
Salmo is a small diverse rural community nestled between
three major service centres. For its population
of 1100, it boasts an array of services.
Salmo Community Resource Society is the primary
agency for a broad spectrum of client needs. We have
a staff of 11 people. For 35 years, we have created a
welcoming place where staff believe all families, youth,
and individuals, have an inherent right to be heard and
to be supported. Our vision is to help create a thriving,
connected and resourceful community where all
families and individuals are valued and feel a sense of
belonging.
The Board of Directors is keen to receive applications
from dynamic, passionate, experienced leaders to fill
the upcoming vacant position of Executive Director.
The organization offers a range of counselling and support
services delivered by a skilled staff team.
The Executive Director focuses on nurturing a strong
staff team and work culture, working collaboratively
with other community and regional partners, and
overseeing all program operations.
Hourly wage range $46.50 - $50.00 + benefits. Start
date September 03, 2024.
