Known too as Teklal Neguib and Talulah Naakre, <strong>Lamena</strong> <strong>Lahgo</strong> is a<br />
writer, poet, artist and the former EIC/founder of L.ART en Loire<br />
(average c. 100 000 read./issue//2013-2018).<br />
