RECOMMENDATION:
(ALL VOTE)
That the Nelson and District Community Facilities, Recreation, and Leisure
Services Establishment Amendment Bylaw No. 2865, 2022 be ADOPTED
and the Chair and Corporate Officer be authorized to sign the same.

The Board Report dated December 23, 2022 from Eileen Senyk, Water
Services Liaison, seeking Board approval for Water Service Parcel Tax and
Service Establishment Amendments for water systems in Areas E, F, G, H, J
and K, has been received.

2023 be read a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time by content.
