The Politicians must act! This is true, not only for the Euro crisis but also for
environmental policy. Particularly in old buildings, where there is a huge potential
for them to be woken up to saving energy: Hundreds of old heating
installations wait to get replaced by new ones. The company Kroll counts

Baden-Wurttemberg. Kroll took
the opportunity straight away and
showed itself on representative
stand in the city hall of Aalen
(South Germany) during the 8th
and 9th October.
The response was extremely positive.

the executive board, congressmen
and -women of Baden-
Wurttemberg’s, the state’s and
Europe’s parliament, delegates
and party members were asking
Kroll for information about the latest
state of the Fully Condensing
Technology.
They all have been very impressed
learning about the extraordinarily
high efficiency rates. Kroll’s team
has been especially happy about
the visit of Baden-Wurttemberg’s
minister president, Winfried
Kretschmann and Cem Özdemir,
who is the vice chairmen of
Germany’s Greens.
Until the turn in energy politics
will be completely achieved,
years will pass by. This is why it’s

hienel Dental in Dresden stands for more than 40 years of high
T quality, flexibility and a reliable and prompt service, when it comes
to single use articles for dentist industry. It was in 2003, when
Dipl.-Engineer Thomas Thienel took over the company from founder
Hans Thienel, and was built it into a reliable partner in the field of
industrial production of dental products.
When renovating, Thienel Dental
was completely relying on the long
term experience of Kroll’s Fully
Condensing Technology.
Therefore the buildings had to be extended and it became a
necessity to change the original heating installation. Due to the
lager surface to be heated, the old atmospheric 70kW burner has
been replaced by a Kroll gas fired BK100 Fully Condensing Boiler.
Air heaters have also been combined with radiators. The investment
has already paid back: Despite 30kW of higher power, Dental
Thienel has a yearly saving of around 50.000kWh!

Clever “energy savers”

When their original heating installation
in middle-Germany’s
Essbach finally packed up, the
managing directors of the hotel
decided to replace it with a
Kroll Fully Condensing Boiler.
They have never looked back.

at the confluence of the rivers
Wisenta and Saale. Mountains
and thick forests characterize the
landscape. Splendidly developed
hiking trails assure relaxation and
recreation. Inside the
Fuchsbau’s boiler was getting old
and suddenly completely broke
down. Instead of taking again a
“normal” boiler, and given the
choice by their specialist heating
agent Schröter, the hotel’s mana-
ging family Becker has decided in
favor of the best: the Fully Condensing
Boiler BK100 of Kroll,
working on fuel. With 100 kW
power the top product ensures
comfortable temperatures inside
the “Fuchsbau” (which means in
English “fox’s den”): Clever like
foxes – after several winter
seasons the Beckers are completely
happy to be rewarded in
“hard cash” when it comes to pay
the fuel oil bill!
Warmth for Norway
More than 60.000 visitors streamed
into the exhibition “Seljord Country
Show”, taking place in South
Norway’s Seljord in September. Kroll’s
Norwegian partner Ketil Minge
demonstrated to the interested public,
Kroll warm air heaters of the S range,
as well as multi-oil burners KGUB and
the good old oven W401-VL.
