In 1985 I finished my apprenticeship as bank clerk at Dresdner Bank AG in Rottach‐Egern (Bavaria)
and worked there until mid 1986 as account manager in the securities and credit business. Until the
end of 1987 I finished an apprenticeship as investment advisor at Dresdner Bank AG in Munich and
following for two years as investment advisor at Dresdner Bank AG in Miesbach.
In the years 1989 and 1990 I received a trader education at Dresdner Bank AG in Munich and
Frankfurt. Between 1990 and 1993 as options specialist and group leader DTB at Dresdner Bank in
Munich I was in charge of the build‐up and extension of the derivative business and fully responsible
for the options business of this branch.
In 1994 I moved to LGT Bank in Liechtenstein AG Vaduz and as Senior Portfolio Manager I was
responsible for the management of several bond funds and the derivate overlay management for
stock and forex positions.
Between 1997 and 2008 I worked for VP Bank Group, among other things as divisional head
Investment Services, as Member of the Management Board of VP Bank Fondsleitung AG and as
Chairman of the Management Board of IFOS Internationale Fonds Service AG. In these functions I
was among other things responsible for the Product Management of VP Bank investment products,
the Relationship Management and Fund Brokerage for third‐party funds as well as the indirect fund
management of traditional and alternative funds. The main focus of my activities was the business
field Fund Setup and Fund Administration where I managed the build‐up and extension.
Beside my activities within VP Bank Group I was Vice President of the Liechtenstein Investment Fund
Association between 2000 and 2004 and contributed in different task forces of the Liechtenstein
Government, so among other things in the task force for the revision of the IUA/IUO.
Furthermore I am reader at the Hochschule Liechtenstein, the University of Human Sciences and the
Fund Academy as well as member of different examination boards of the Hochschule Liechtenstein.
My function at Ahead Wealth Solutions AG
At Ahead Wealth Solutions AG I am CEO and Member of the Board and responsible for the
management of our company. I serve our customers in German and English.

When I am not at work, then …
… I like to descent. Together with my wife Petra diving – preferably on the Maledives – is my favorite
hobby. Above water my passion belongs to culinary delights. As enthusiastic amateur cook and wine
lover I find relaxation in the kitchen and the cellar. At least just as much I like others to cook for me
and for this purpose I also accept to travel. To sit in a small restaurant in the Toscana or Piemont for
me it belongs to the lucky moments in life!
