Sadolin & Albæk has entered into a strategic alliance with Jones Lang LaSalle, one of
the world's largest financial and professional services providers specialising in real
estate services and investment management. With more than 30,000 people in 750
locations in 60 countries Jones Lang LaSalle provides extensive market coverage and
the company enjoys a strong international standing.
This new alliance also provides Sadolin & Albæk with a solid platform in the Nordic
countries as Jones Lang LaSalle has offices in Sweden and Finland, and works in alliance
with Akershus Eiendom in Norway (since 2001).
Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Jones Lang LaSalle had an annual turnover of
some USD 2.7bn in 2008 and is quoted on the New York Stock Exchange.

As part of the new alliance with Jones Lang LaSalle, Sadolin & Albæk has found it
necessary to strengthen its organisation and capabilities in the field of Corporate
Solutions, which covers strategic property advisory services in the corporate segment.
Together with Director Lau Melchiorsen, Sadolin & Albæk has therefore established
the company of Sadolin & Albæk Corporate Solutions (SACS) with Lau Melchiorsen
as Director and Partner. Lau Melchiorsen, M.S.Econ. and Chartered Surveyor
(MRICS), has 20 years' experience in the industry as an adviser and mediator of
commercial properties in Scandinavia and the Baltics, and in recent years his main
focus has been on Corporate Solutions. Corporate Solutions is a multidisciplinary
business area, with emphasis on optimising corporate space utilisation and property
strategies.
Robert Gibson of EMEA Capital Markets Group and International Capital Group under
Jones Lang LaSalle looks forward to working with Sadolin & Albæk and SACS. He says,
