Error messages<br />
Various error messages may appear during the copying procedure. The possible messages<br />
are listed below:<br />
HARDLOCK DONGLE NOT CONNECTED<br />
The dongle must be connected for the copying procedure. Check dongle connection.<br />
WRONG DONGLE CONNECTED<br />
Wrong dongle connected.<br />
UNKNOWN CONFIGURATION<br />
The update hard disk does not support the device configuration, please have it checked by<br />
TAB.<br />
OVERWRITE PROTECTION<br />
Check the hard disk set-up, otherwise please have it checked by TAB.<br />
PARTITION ERROR<br />
The hard disk to be updated cannot be set up. Either the hard disk or its cable is defective.<br />
NO TOUCH SCREEN PROGRAM<br />
The program for the 25-point touch screen calibration was not found. Carry out renewed<br />
update.<br />
MASTERDISK ERROR<br />
An error has occurred accessing the update hard disk. Either the update hard disk or<br />
possibly the removable hard disk cartridge and the corresponding hard-disk cable are<br />
defective.<br />
SLAVEDISK ERROR<br />
An error accessing the hard disk to be updated has occurred. Either the hard disk or its<br />
cable is defective.<br />
MASTER COPY FILES ERROR<br />
An error reading the update hard disk has occurred. Either the update hard disk or possibly<br />
the removable hard disk cartridge and the corresponding hard-disk cable are defective.<br />
