Developer - Cottage Kiev Green Hills

The master-plan of Green Hills community was designed
by EuroUkrProject – an experienced architectural
bureau headed by Victor Yatsenko. Mr. Yatsenko is a
leading expert in cottage community planning in
Ukraine and the creator of several communities in the
Kyiv region, mainly, in Koncha-Zaspa area. Maximum
privacy of individual land plots is the main distinctive
feature of Green Hills’ master-plan. Due to a “cluster”type
layout, the majority of the 222 land plots is located
in isolated clusters – mini-enclaves with a U-turn ring
and has no transit traffic. Homes of 100-350 m 2 in size
are placed on land plots of 800 – 1200 m 2 .
Four hectares out of Green Hills’ 32 hectares are
dedicated to a public green space. The master-plan
provides for a scenic promenade alongside the quaint
Siverka river which borders the community. Two
picturesque lakes are just 100 meters away from Green
Hills. In addition to the main children playground, three
other playgrounds are provided in the community. Thus,
every single land plot has a public green space within
200 m radius. A professional security company ensures
safety of the community. Access to the residential part of
Green Hills is limited to residents and their guests. The
residential area is fenced. Moreover, perimeter video
surveillance provides a high level of security to Green
Hills’ residents.
