• Well spudded 16 July 2010 and drilled to approved depth of 8,600 feet<br />

• Well pe<strong>net</strong>rated and encountered hydrocarbon bearing zones in both the primary and<br />

secondary objectives in the Herrera<br />

• Well testing completed in the primary zone of interest (hanging wall) in the Herrera formation<br />

- Initial rates up to 1,450 bopd (37 0API), gas at rates up to 6.2 MMcf/d<br />

- Well flowing since August 9th , 2012.<br />

Exploration Drilling Update<br />

Firecrown-1:<br />

• First exploration well Firecrown-1 spudded 15 April 2010<br />

• The well was drilled to a depth 10,331 feet<br />

• Well pe<strong>net</strong>rated and encountered both the primary and secondary objectives in the Herrera<br />

formation, oil and gas shows<br />

- Primary objective 8,150 feet to 8,275 feet<br />

- Secondary objective 6,600 feet to 7,220 feet<br />

• C1 C1-C5 C5 (gas detector readings indicative of wet gas) present in both zones<br />

• Well deepened to 10,331 feet to explore lower formation prior to testing. Wellbore stability<br />

problems resulted in the deepened section being abandoned – no prospective horizons<br />

encountered<br />

• Severe mechanical problems precluded testing of potentially productive zones. Sidetrack<br />

• Sidetracking operation resume February 2012 of the well are in progress.<br />

• Reached a TD of 8315 feet on 12/4/2012.<br />

• Testing to commence shortly.<br />
