sPIseVæRKsTeDeT Graduation project, Aarhus School of Architecture The concept of Spiseværkstedet (The Cooking Workshop) has its point of origin in the mission; to teach young people how to cook healthy food, by giving them the opportunity of “leaning by doing”. Cooking becomes an adventure and a social, yet educating, event. The restaurant is divided into two areas: The cookingarea and the eating-area. The guests collect the ingredients needed for cooking at the “food market” area, and are guided throughout the cooking-session by a young, talented cook.
