Focus on sealing know-how
Seal integrity is arguably the most important
criteria for packaging that must meet the highest
safety standards and offer the best product
protection. The optimal synergy of sealing time,
pressure and temperature produces the highest
possible seal integrity. With our conductive or
ultrasonic sealing process we securely join
aluminium or plastics with an aluminium-coated,
laminated or co-extruded substrate.
One-stroke punching and sealing technology
Thanks to our unique “one-stroke” technology,
punching and sealing take place in a single step.
Micro-Dosing technology
Our state-of-the-art micro-dosing technology
enables precise, drip-free filling of liquids while
an integrated CIP function facilitates quick
product changes. The valves can be placed at
defined intervals according to your needs. A
remarkable tolerance of +/– 1% is maintained
even with amounts as little as 100 μl.
