Central Ceiling Systems
Deerfield, Wisconsin has been
home to Central Ceiling Systems,
Incorporated since 1975. Located
in Deerfield’s Industrial Park,
twenty minutes east of Madison,
CCSI grew rapidly over the last 33
years and today employs seventy
office, estimating, and the union
installers.
CCSI, led by partners Steven
Gotzion, Richard Gulseth, and Dean
Gotzion, is an acoustical ceiling contractor.
But its’ realm of accomplishments
as an acoustical contractor has
not been limited to basic or standard
expectations in the ceiling industry.
An increasing demand for unique
applications with regard to decorative/aesthetic
qualities and sound
applications prompted CCSI to
respond with exciting product and
installation challenges that earned
them trust from general contractors;
a reputation for outstanding product
versatility and knowledge; and
installation expertise.
CCSI prides itself in its ability to
welcome and master this trend for
fresh, diverse applications. Whether
wood or curved ceilings, innovative
wall panels, or a unique floating
design, the general contractor may
know what they want; the general
contractor or owner may control the
acoustical contracting budget; but it’s

Although most projects are located
in and around Wisconsin, CCSI’s
expertise has allowed them to perform
work from New York to Hawaii.
Associated General Contractors
has been an integral part of CCSI’s
success. AGC gives specialty contractors
many venues to promote their
ever changing products. CCSI also
finds many networking opportunities
at conventions and seminars, and
values AGC’s various training and
safety programs. ■

member of the AGC of Wisconsin
since 1991.
