Department <strong>of</strong> Workforce<br />
Development (DWD), the class<br />
is developing a program that<br />
<strong>of</strong>fers high school students the<br />
opportunity to gain construction<br />
industry experience while<br />
exposing them to various career<br />
opportunities (skilled trades,<br />
pr<strong>of</strong>essional and support<br />
positions). The program<br />
encourages a combination <strong>of</strong><br />
classroom/construction lab<br />
experience and hands-on work<br />
experience.<br />
