Introducing new Service Managers<br />

The number of <strong>Zuidberg</strong> products in the field is also growing. The increase in<br />

questions related to service is intrinsic to this growth. In order to maintain this<br />

level of service we have expanded our Service department by employing two new<br />

Service Managers.<br />

roel Vis (39) has been employed since 1 June. “I chose <strong>Zuidberg</strong> <strong>Frontline</strong><br />

<strong>Systems</strong> because I want to be engaged in the technical side of things and in<br />

international activities. I’m the point of contact for technical questions, warranties<br />

and components. Together with my colleagues, we strive to provide a rapid<br />

and professional service. It’s nice to work for a company where technology and<br />

innovation are truly embraced”.<br />

The experience of our new Service Manager before he came to work for <strong>Zuidberg</strong><br />

was gained in providing technical support for Mitsubishi and caterpillar fork-lift<br />

trucks, Volvo shovel loaders and internal sales for domestic waste vehicles and<br />

Geesinknorba mobile presses.<br />

After being employed as a service worker for various companies for almost 14<br />

years Henk (45) commenceds employment with <strong>Zuidberg</strong> on 1 June. “<strong>Zuidberg</strong><br />

manufactures high-quality products and sells them all over the world. This<br />

worldwide aspect is an entirely new dimension of work for me.”<br />

“Together with my colleagues, I receive all sorts of aftersales questions to which<br />

we need to provide an answer. From a simple order of components to providing<br />

technical advice for assembling and connecting the front linkage or PTO. Our work<br />

is characterised by an “all or nothing” approach. One day, the telephone hardly<br />

rings at all and the next, it doesn’t stop ringing. I get satisfaction from the fact that<br />

we are able to solve our customer’s problems and that they are able to use their<br />

front linkage or PTO satisfactorily.”<br />

Henk’s work experience is in the field of calculating current transformers and<br />

assisting customers with central heating boilers and refuse lorries. “What stands<br />

out to me about <strong>Zuidberg</strong> is that people here talk about work, the company and<br />

the products with passion. I’ve still got a lot to learn about the products and I am<br />

confident that everyone here will help me to achieve this.”<br />
