Seniors NZQA Fees for 2012 (JMSS) NZQA fees of $76.70 are due now. To check if your parent/caregiver might be
eligible for financial assistance which will reduce fee to $20 come to office for
the relevant forms, or the forms can be accessed from the NZQA website. Last
day for payment is 31 August.
Sport Clay Target Shooting (CBSS) Clay target shooters - there are two competitions coming up in Whangarei;
Saturday 11th August and Saturday 1st September.
if you are an experienced Clay Target shooter (with your own equip) you can
register for either of these events at the sports office this week.

(CBSS) KHS 1st XV Rugby team are playing the final of the Schools Mid-week
competition. They will be playing Kaitaia at KHS this Wednesday. Kick off is
at 1.00pm. Make sure you are out there to show your support for our team!!!!!!
It would be great to see as many well behaved and positive KHS supporters on
the sideline as possible - Senior Management have given permission for
classes to watch and support the game – so check with your pd4 teacher on
Wednesday so your class can come and watch.
(JHD) If you were endorsed with Merit or Excellence at level 2 and are interested in
biological sciences, you could be eligible for this award. Please make an
appointment to see me before August 3rd if you wish to be considered - only
one nomination per school can be accepted.
(JHD) Auckland uni's Courses and Careers Day is on 25 August from 9.30- 3.30. A
free bus is provided from Whangarei for you and your family but you need to
book your seats at www.coursesandcareersday.ac.nz. Programmes for the day
are available at the SSC - pop in and pick one up if you are keen.

complete an Application for Admission first AND you must now apply for
