loan, or to receive, swap or exchange, beer, for the purpose of resale, from any
person who is not the holder of a valid wholesale permit issued by the board on
or about June 23, 2011).

facilities or to eating establishments with seating capacities for not less than
twenty-five persons and where meals or lunches are regularly served on or about
December 17, 2011).
