Vietnam On A Plate is a guided walk cuisine<br />

tour through Footscray. Come and experience<br />

the best local market and fi nd fl avoursome,<br />

fresh ingredients to create delicious and<br />

authentic Vietnamese meals. The cuisine tour<br />

will focus on the ingredients and techniques<br />

of Asian cooking, while highlighting the<br />

vibrant multicultural surrounds of Footscray.<br />

among the devotees. A fi ve foot tall Ganesh<br />

Idol will also be installed on one of the<br />
