Reservations are required for all events with meals except for TGIF lunch.<br />
Reservations for Special Events <strong>and</strong> Members’ Dinners are accepted<br />
on payment by cash, cheque, debit card, or credit card at time of<br />
reservation.<br />
<strong>Club</strong> Night, Lit. Lunch, Music Table, Film Night <strong>and</strong> TGIF lunch<br />
are payable at the door or bar.<br />
Members’ Dinners may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours<br />
before the event.<br />
Cancellations for Special Events are permitted only in extraordinary<br />
circumstances.<br />
Cancellations for Lit. Lunch <strong>and</strong> Music Table are accepted by 10 a.m.<br />
the same day; cancellations for <strong>Club</strong> Night are accepted by 2 p.m. the<br />
same day. Full charges will apply if cancellation is not received.
