A good place to be
Around this time of year, Regtransfers.co.uk does much the same as
everyone else: we look back over the year that has ended and look forward
to the new one that is beginning. This year, we are very happy to say,
the view in both directions is pretty inspiring.
Looking back, we see a year of progress and achievement. Some record
breaking sales and many great new innovations. The Regtransfers.co.uk
website has evolved to provide a new level of functionality and service.
Amongst the new features that set it apart from the pack are our new
number plates auction pages: a great way to buy and sell your personal
registrations. Other tools, such as our Personal List service, are uniting
more people than ever with their perfect plates.
Consequently, 2006 was a spectacular year for sales of private plates, with
the record for the highest price paid being broken several times. The
number of people buying was also reassuringly high. Clearly, the popularity
of personal plates is still growing and the appeal broadening.

Registration Transfers Ltd is celebrating its 25th birthday in 2007.
That quarter century has seen the company grow from a part-time venture,
run from the home of founder and MD Tony Brown, into a dynamic and
thriving employer of approximately 90 people.

strength to strength, and we have some real treats lined up for our 25th
anniversary year. The next issue of this magazine will feature an exclusive
interview with Hollywood star Vinnie Jones. Vinnie, who recently played the
formidable Juggernaut in the third X-Men movie, owns some very nice
